The famous Nightgown Parade lead by the
“East Cleveland Belles”
Join the procession through the cobbled streets of Staithes
Remember to wear your nightgown!
Saturday 11th

Opening Ceremony by Miss Great Britain 2006
Followed by the launch the Staithes & Runswick Lifeboat “Pride of Leicester” {Atlantic 75 Class}

Foxwood Steel Bandits (Leeds)
Pop, Classical & Calypso and Steel Band.
On the Staith.
2.45pm
Lifeboat, Coastguard & Search &
Rescue Helicopter
(SAR) Exercise.
See the Staithes & Runswick Lifeboat Atlantic 75 exercise along with lifeboats from Whitby (Trent Class), Redcar Lifeboat (Atlantic 75 Class), Runswick Rescue Boat & Auxiliary Coastguard units Staithes & Skinningrove.
4.00pm
The Raft Race
Entertaining race across the harbour on
home made Rafts
(4.00pm give or take 10 min
either way).
6.00pm
Fancy Dress Parade & Competition Results
On the Staith

Beach-side BBQ till late
Why not try our mouth-watering BBQ
On the far end of the Staith.
7.30pm
Open-air Disco
Dancing on the Staith.

Spectacular Firework Finale
Spectacular display by the renowned G2 Fireworks Team.

Sunday 12th
Lots of fun as hundreds of ducks race down
Staithes Beck, in a dash for glory.

All Raffles to be drawn following the duck race at Staithes
Lifeboat Station
All accompanied by the Foxwood
Steel Bandits.
Moving and poignant service, held at the Staithes Lifeboat Station.
